I do not find images of nude adults, adults engaged in sexual acts, or other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable. I am at least 21 years of age and have the legal right to possess adult material in my community. I understand the standards and laws of the community to which I am transporting this material, and am solely responsible for my actions. I certify that I am not a city, state, or federal law enforcement officer, nor am I an inspector or official of the U.S. Postal Service. If I use the services of nymMEDIA, Inc. in violation of the above agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local, state, and/or federal laws. Pursuant to Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110, � 2257 of the U.S. Code, all models and actors depicted in products and visuals on this website were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of creation of said depictions, according to the Custodian of Records at the studio(s) that created said products or visuals. Some of the aforementioned depictions appearing or otherwise contained in or at this site contain visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct made before November 1, 1990, and as such are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. � 2257.
